You Seem In Overwhelm

The solution may be to identify your projects by category and then by priority and then estimate the time to complete them and then schedule them and then act.

But before you do this you need to empty your head.

You could use Microsoft Excel and write out a list of everything that you have on your mind.

Next, sort the list alphabetically.

Next, in another column, prioritize each of the items;

Business;

Client action
Prospect action
Sales action
Marketing
Product Development

Administration
Computer (equipment upgrades)
Delegation
Finance
Team
Training

Personal;

Auto
Clothing
Home
Storage
Financial
Health
Hobby
Intellectual
Family
Friends
Spouse
Spirit
Travel

Next sort the list by category.

This will give you a clear picture of what you have to do in each category.
