Laura had an an out of the blue telephone call from a financial services prospect that said/asked:
“I am looking for something and I don’t know what it is.”, “I’ve looked at your website and what should I be looking at?”, “What is offered in your programs?” and “How might it benefit me?”
Rather than assume that we know what the financial services professional wanted we sent the following e-mail:
