Phil Hauser’s Better Camaraderie Within My Industry

I would like to have better camaraderie within my industry. Many of my peers like myself are independent. While we have similar businesses and experiences we tend to socialize outside of our industry as if we need to get away from it totally when not working. I feel that the independence we have fosters selfishness, jealousy and many other negatives and that at the end of the day we don’t want to see one another because it reminds us too much of ourselves and our work. Many of our independent initiatives could be better harnessed to promote healthy working groups. I believe we can better serve our clients through our shared experiences.
