Nothing But Coaching & Speaking

With a view to completing the building of our marketing funnel, in yesterday’s blog I said that “In order to do nothing but coach, speak and market coaching and public speaking all we have to do is”;

1. Hire a book architect / designer
2. Print the book
3. Update our web site copy to match the book and workbook
4. Update our show reel to match the book and workbook
5. Publish an entrepreneurial version of the book and workbook
6. Hire a viral marketing contractor

I made a mistake and I’m just reminding myself that I should have said “In order to do nothing but coach, speak and write” because the work that we are doing is to complete the marketing funnel which is combined with viral marketing.

In theory the marketing funnel will take care of the marketing. The marketing funnel has been working for us for years because I have not made a cold call in over two and half years.

For us the marketing funnel consists of;

• Articles published in Advisor.ca, The Advocis FORUM and The Elite Advisor
• Fee Product Offerings; Book & Workbook, E-Book and Power Point Presentation
• Free Product Offerings; Articles, Blog, E-Newsletter
• Speaking and Exhibiting at Associations and Corporate Events like Advocis, Canada Life, Pro-Seminars and The Independent Financial Brokers
• Speaking E-newsletter & Show Reel
• Web site
