Managing Business From A Summer Residence

The view out of my Toronto hotel room. -10C and it is starting to snow.

A client asked me if they could manage their business over the summer from a summer residence and I said yes because my evidence is;

• I am in Toronto, ON
• I was speaking with my client in Surrey, BC
• Laura is working from Parksville, BC
• Kim Black is working on our February E-Newsletter from California
• Simon Parsons was working on my computer on Sunday night and Simon is in Japan
• Our Virtual Assistants work from British Columbia and Ontario
• I work with Chris Barrow who is my business coach and Chris is in the UK

We discussed getting together for a Strategic Planning Session in March to create a plan to make their dream a reality.
