Leading Advisor has identified the key factors for business success and profitability. The Leading Advisor Business and Practice Planning Survey have been developed for business owners and/or the professional practitioner. By focusing on specific areas within your business it will enable you to create and maintain a thriving business or practice.

 Staff lives to support each other and they go out of their way to make each other’s jobs easier – even effortless.

 Each employee is in the job which uses his/her strengths; there is no suffering or mismatches.

 Consequences are imposed for non-performance.

 Staff wants to come to work and are well-taken care of at work.

 When I feel scared, I reach out to get support/confidence.

SURVEY INSTRUCTIONS
