I trust that you had a wonderful holiday season with family and friends, that you gave thanks for your blessings in 2007 and that you are truly inspired for 2008.

Laura and I had the best holiday season ever with lots of quality time for family and friends, exercise, relaxation and reflection …

I invested last week in reflection and our 2008 planning process which was magnified 10,000 fold by reading Ready For Anything by David Allen which is a follow up to David’s best selling book, Getting Things Done.

Reading David’s books are a must.

A key piece of David’s work is 5 Phases of Mastering Workflow that includes;

1. Collect
2. Process
3. Organize
4. Review
5. Do

Click here GTD and Outlook to receive David Allen’s instructions on how to use his Getting Things Done Planning Process using Microsoft Outlook Tasks which is well worth the $10 investment.

Staying true to the Getting Things Done Planning Process I used Step 1 of the GTD Planning Process using Microsoft Outlook Tasks to Empty My Head and I am clear for take off for 2008.

In fact the Air Canada/Jazz Dash 8 has just taken off at 12:15pm PT on Sunday, January 6, 2008 from Nanaimo to Vancouver, BC where I will be catching a 2:15pm flight to Toronto, ON.

I’ll be coaching clients over the phone Monday – Wednesday and speaking at Pro-Seminars on Tuesday, January 8th in Toronto and Wednesday, January 9th in London, ON and flying home on Wednesday evening.

I will be writing more about my experience about the GTD Planning Process using Microsoft Outlook Tasks to Empty My Head over the course of the next few Blogs.

Right now I’ve got to get back to creating the new Removing Your Roadblocks Power Point Presentation that I will be delivering in Toronto & London and I have plenty of airport and flight time to do it!

Happy New Year!
