Congratulations!
You have almost completed the first quarter of 2009.
Spencer Johnson’s Peaks And Valleys talks about we linger too long in the valley because we focus on what is missing and we fail to stay at the peak because we don’t celebrate what we have completed because we are too busy trying to get to the next peak.
So with this in mind it is time for your Financial Advisor Quarterly Review.
You can do this by asking;
- What goals did you accomplish in the first quarter of 2009?
- Why are they significant?
- How do they make you feel?
- What didn’t you accomplish that you intended to?
- What changes do you need to make?
- In what area(s) do you need coaching or training?
- For the next 90 days, what further progress could you make towards your 90 day goals?
- What are your new 90 day goals?
- What are you resisting doing?
- How can you use your personal strengths to commit to three needed actions every week to meet your 90 day goals.
You have heard the expression, “begin with the end in mind” … well I’d like to offer you two articles to begin with the beginning in mind;
- Business Planning That Pays Off by Kim Poulin and Art Schooley – December 15, 2008
- A Strong Start For 2009 by Simon Reilly – January 2, 2009
