Different Mondays

There are Mondays when you return to work, then there are Mondays when you return to work after being on holiday for 2 weeks and then there are Mondays when you return to work after being on holiday for 2 weeks in Maui where it was 88° F and now you are working from a hotel room in Kitchener, Ontario where it is 32° F.

I’m glad the images of Maui are still fresh in my mind. This is a picture of the beach where we spent most of our time in Wailea.

My power point is complete and ready to go, I’ve replied to and emptied my e-mail in-basket and I’m just taking a break @ 3:45pm ET on Monday in between coaching calls which I will complete 7:45pm ET.

I’ll be speaking tomorrow at 8am ET at Pro-Seminars in Kitchener, completing a full day of coaching and then driving to Toronto in advance of speaking at 8am ET on Wednesday morning.

Now that I have got everything rolling again my next step is to update my Tasks and Reprioritize my Actions.

Hitting Business Synergy

It’s now 6:35pm ET and I’m sharing the energy that I am experiencing that our business is providing me after getting things rolling again.

I must admit that I have been off my planning system and carrying everything in my head that included the power point work and client communications and e-mails.

So as soon as I cleared that out of the way I received conformation of a private speaking event that we will be doing in May.

Once the mind is clear then things get going and the business developes a synergy or energy of its own and I LIKE IT!!
