COVID-19 Infodemic Truth Serum To Consciously Disinfect & Self-Quarantine From Supersized Fear

COV19

With so much news about COVID-19, I invested Saturday afternoon in researching “COVID-19 Good News” to create some truth serum amidst all the news.

This communication is both practice and prayer at this time to dissolve crisis consciousness and stay truly conscious at this time, where we will do more good for both ourselves and humanity.

There is no doubt that COVID-19 is real and that situations in parts of the world are going to get worse, before they get better. Conditions will get better, given that the pandemic is showing signs of easing in China.

We all have loved ones that are being affected and may they all be Blessed.

There is plenty of information available stating that 98% of people who contract the virus will survive it and most fatalities are among people with underlying medical issues that include; cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, hypertension and cancer.

Crisis consciousness contributes to hypertension and they could be one in the same.

What we are going through isn’t a surprise. Somewhere in our minds, we have all known for a while now that we are vulnerable to a global emergency that could be triggered by cyberattacks, pandemics or wars.

The media inundates us every day with news about actual or potential cyberattacks, pandemics or wars. Media has an important role to play to dispense accurate information without over sensationalizing headlines and churning the same content triggering people’s deepest fears in the process.

Are we supersizing our own fear?

While it’s important to stay informed and follow advice provided by WHO and the CDC (wash your hands, social distancing, don’t touch your face, etc.) to combat this new virus and flatten the curve, we can become overwhelmed with information. We have more information at our fingertips than ever before and it’s being delivered to us in real time though TV, radio, Instagram, internet, and Twitter, just to name a few. We’re scared.

For the first time in history, we are experiencing a pandemic 24/7/365 real time in the news which isn’t helping our immune system to combat crisis unconsciousness and hypertension.

We all handle crisis differently. Some wash their hands, some buy toilet paper, some talk out their stress with associates, friends and families, some are glued to the news and some journal.

There are good and bad ways to handle stress.

Self-Healing Mindfulness Meditation

There are True Conscious Mindful and Crisis Unconsciousness Mindless ways to handle stress.

Mindfulness and prayer are keys to growth mindset and brain plasticity. After continued practices of mindfulness or prayer, MRI scans show the brain’s “fight or flight” center, the amygdala, appears to shrink. … As the amygdala shrinks, the prefrontal cortex – associated with higher order brain functions such as awareness, concentration, decision-making, faith and values – becomes thicker.

True Consciousness resides in the prefrontal cortex.

Crisis Unconsciousness, hypertension and stress has a lot to do with the amygdala’s heightened sense of mortality.

Mortality has to do with the amygdala’s fear of the unknown, lack of information and at the amygdala’s core, a lack of worth.

The fear of the unknown stimulates the amygdala, to gain more and more information, to know if it is vulnerable or less vulnerable, just to do something, to medicate, to somehow feel better, to protect itself, so as to not feel the amygdala’s supersized emotions, that the amygdala is magnifying with an endless loop of too much repeated information.

The amygdala believes that more and more information or toilet paper, are disinfectants for the amygdala’s supersized self-created crisis consciousness, medicating emotions of feeling helpless, unsafe and vulnerable and believing in the amygdala’s unmet needs of a lack of control, power and safety.

Will more and more information disinfect us from feeling helpless, unsafe and vulnerable and the absence of control, power and safety that the amygdala may be feeling?

The only information that I require is this and please join me every 5 minutes with;

“I’m remembering to remember, as I infinitely breathe deeply through my heart, may we be all be blessed along with an infinite immune system, that is working 24/7/365, to return us all to our true infinite consciousness and health, with every cleansing breath that we take.”
Amen.

"After I get off of the phone call with Simon, I feel like I have my superwoman cape on, and I can do anything. It is very hard when you are an independent advisor, to find a mentor or a coach to help guide you through certain steps of your growth. Someone who can genuinely get to know you and your business, while helping you to not get caught up in your own head. To be in your corner to help you through the everyday challenges of the industry. Simon has been this coach for me. When I started with Simon, I was worried about where my business was going to go and taking it to the next level, I wasn’t necessarily thinking about shaping and coaching the team. Now, not only has Simon empowered me to have my superwoman cape on for my business but I can also go back and use the tools I learned to coach my team and to create more cohesiveness with them. Thank you, Simon, for being in my corner and guiding me to take my business to places I would not have done on my own."

" The best part about my work with Simon is that the assignments and practices he holds me accountable to do, as well as the one on one coaching call recordings that are given to me after the calls, stay with me day in and day out. Each time I review them I receive another nugget to apply to my current progress. With these resources on my desk, I can review them every so often and quickly understand where I need to adjust to continue to my next level of success. Although all the new skills I am learning will take time to make into a habit, the resources and coaching helps make perfect practice. Having a coach in my corner that has helped me apply the knowledge I already have of things I should be doing, but was not consistently, will help to yield some pretty big results."
