Are Your Clients Having Trouble Printing Their Statements?

One of my clients was having a challenge with some of his clients / prospects not knowing how to print their online investment statements as some financial institutions do not provide a mechanism to create a PDF document.

Here are a couple of solutions to capture a financial statement from a computer screen:

  • When the client has their bank statement on the screen – do a copy / paste
    • Click – Ctrl + A (this will select everything that’s on the page)
    • Click – Ctrl + C (to copy the page)
    • Open a new Word document or a new email and Click – Ctrl + V (to paste it)
  • Or, you could do a screen shot
    • Click – print screen (this will select everything on the screen)
    • Open a new Word document or a new email and Click – Ctrl + V (to paste it)
