Are You Expanding Or Contracting?

It is said that the universe expands by an amount approximately equal to the volume of our galaxy every 5 seconds.

It is said that it is human nature to create and expand.

Do you notice that when you are clear about your vision and/or your goals or when you get a new idea you immediately take action and expand into creativity and you have an enormous amount of energy?

Therefore; vision + expand + action + create = energy.

Do you notice that as you focus and expand and create and take action towards your vision you eventually run out of energy and your energy starts to contract?

Contracting in;

– Believing your limiting beliefs
– Doing busy work
– Feeling fear
– Getting tired
– Not making the calls
– Sabotaging yourself
– Second guessing yourself
– Watching TV
– Etc.

Contracting is a result of failing to stop to give thanks and acknowledge yourself for all of the results that you have created as a result of expanding.

So to stay in expansion and the benefits that this brings –

During the day;

– Continue to ask yourself “How can I expand into this?”

At the end of the day;

– Give thanks and acknowledge yourself for all of the results that you have created as a result of expanding.
