An Example of Absolutely Outstanding Bellwether Customer Service

Please read through to read a letter that demonstrates exceptional customer service.

Laura and I had a fantastic trip to Boise, Idaho, where I was the opening speaker at the March 15th NAIFA – Boise March Madness Education Day. Please click here for pictures and testimonials.

Laura and I had a return Horizon / Alaska Airlines flight booked for 3:40 pm departure to Seattle on March 15th.

At 3:00 pm a delay was announced because of mechanical problems. At 3:40 pm the flight delay announcement was made again, and again at 4:30 and at 5:00 pm they announced that the flight wasn’t going to go at all.

This wasn’t great for Laura and me because we had a connecting flight at 5:55 pm from Seattle to Bellingham, Washington.

Luckily I was standing at the counter when they made the 5:00 pm announcement so I was first in line to rebook a later evening flight out of Boise to get to Seattle.

So just as our flight was rebooked, and we were given hotel vouchers for a night in Seattle as we would not be able to fly to Bellingham until the next morning, an announcement was made that the 3:40 pm no-go flight was going to board.

Laura and I landed in Seattle right next to the gate for the flight to Bellingham, Washington, and we made it… without luggage.

We really didn’t care as we trusted that the luggage would arrive.

At 10:00 pm we returned to our hotel, after having dinner at Anthony’s, to find Andrew Keith, the front desk agent, from the Hotel Bellwether, in the hallway outside of our room with our luggage.

We found this letter underneath our door the next morning.Hotel Bellwether
