It is 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 29, 2007 and I am writing this Blog after finishing an early lunch in the restaurant of the hotel where the Pro-Seminars Vancouver Event is being held.

My 9am Financial Advisor Public Speaking Presentation turned into a 2 hour Presentation as the 10am speaker did not show. Today’s Presentation is the first time that I delivered a new PowerPoint called The Secrets To Removing Your Roadblocks To Success and given the excellent response I am feeling that this is the best presentation that I have done in quite some time.

How is that for Attraction … receiving the opportunity to speak twice and the same thing happened in Kitchener, ON on my last trip where the speaker that follows me did not show up.

You are the vessel through which all communication flows and if you are doing your work and you are creating the space for Attraction, there is no telling what you are going to Attract.

I had a lot of fun delivering my new Financial Advisor Public Speaking Presentation entitled The Secrets To Removing Your Roadblocks To Success for the first hour and I just shot from the hip from the second hour talking about The Silver Tsunami, Attracting High New Worth Clients, Asking For Referrals and Client Segmentation as well as Removing Your Roadblocks.

During the question and answer session of my second hour, a member of the audience shared the following laws of success;

• Have someone to love
• Have something to look forward to
• Have faith
• Remember that you have done it once and that you can do it again

Another member of the audience opened up by asking about how he could improve the working relationship with his wife, the audience all laughed and I delivered a series of strategies with a huge heart felt connection with the advisor and you could hear a pin drop in the room.

Many many advisors thanked me at the end including Bill Esau with Canada Life saying that this was the 2nd or 3rd time that he had heard me speak and that he really enjoyed my presentation … a heart felt and warm handshake with clear eye contact … I feel honored to be thanked by an well respected industry veteran.

What a great way to wrap up the week and Laura and I are working a short day on Friday.
