Breakthrough Business Development by Duncan MacPherson and David Miller

As some of you know by now, my partner David and I have written a book called Breakthrough Business Development. It is being published by John Wiley & Sons and will be in various bookstores around the world in September. The book is for entrepreneurs who are looking for strategies to propel their respective businesses to the next level.
