Why Are You Unhappy, Complacent And Lazy At Times?

Why Are You Unhappy, Complacent and Lazy?

It’s Thursday, May 12, 2016 and I’m 20 minutes into a flight from Burlington, Vermont to Chicago and then onto Vancouver and finally Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.

Thank you NAIFA Vermont for the opportunity to add value at your May 11, 2016 State Conference.

Here is what attendees had to say about The Inspirational Tipping Point presentation:

  • “straightforward-cut through the muck of how the brain works to hold us back”
  • “simple and relevant information to our business and myself personally”
  • “I love how you went through the reasons of why we do what we do-you spoke directly to me thank you”
  • “core realizations of why and who I am”
  • “spiritual thoughts and I didn’t look at my watch during your presentation”
  • “great info that is relevant to me and my practice”
  • “how to make myself better which translates to being better for my family and clients”
  • “you are a passionate speaker, I appreciated your encouragement and insight regarding connecting with my values creating balance and my business and personal life”

Why Are You Unhappy, Complacent And Lazy At Times?

You are driven and successful.

You are a leader, self-made, and have always made your own decisions.

Yet, even though you are a leader, self-made, have always made your own decisions, and have met and exceeded both your business and personal goals, something is missing.

Something is missing because over the last few years, you don’t feel successful and even though you put on a brave face to the world, you are unhappy which interferes with your drive and you have become complacent and lazy at times.

You know in your heart that you need help but another part of you, the part of you that is the leader, self-made, and has always made your own decisions, will not release control to allow someone else to help you.

That same part of you that will not release control believes that you will become powerless if you allow someone to help you.

That same part of you that has contributed to unhappiness, complacency and laziness has power over you.

Remember, power is unsustainable and power will ultimately corrupt your operating system.

Have you had enough of an operating system that is sabotaging you and robbing you of your inner strength?
