I’m heading out on the longest financial advisor speaking road trip of my career with 8 financial advisor speaking dates for Great West Life, Hub Financial and London Life leaving 10/17/2010 and returning 10/29/2010.

As I write this, I’m realizing that I am home for a week from 10/30/2010 – 11/06/2010 and then back out again from 11/07/2010 – 11/20/2010 with financial advisor speaking for NAIFA – Iowa followed by a week’s holiday in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.

My Travel Actions To Stay Associated

  • Locate camera iPhone App
  • Locate travel journal iPhone App to assemble maps, pictures and thoughts – Trip Journal 5.3 iPhone App
  • Foursquare
  • Meditate and journal
  • Convert my week at a glance PT calendar to ET to squeeze as much productive time out of this trip as I can
  • Confirm that the hotel exercise equipment is less than two years old or locate a gym
  • Hydrate
  • Stay away from what I call “bread sandwiches”
  • Deliver the 12 best financial advisor speaking presentations of my life
  • Create 10 rapport building questions
  • Building rapport with VIP’s, event managers, speakers and attendees
  • Attend as many of the other financial advisor speaking presentations as I can and write notes for blogging
  • ID the 3 best locations that are surrounding my hotels – vlog from there?
  • Bring my projects list
  • Bring a list of blogs to write
