Your energy is your currency and is your most precious asset and in order to have clear energy and clear currency one has to have an empty mind. So, having said that, I recommend that you organize your days the day before so that you are anticipating all of the things that need to be done first thing in the morning and, frankly, don’t do them first thing in the morning. Do them in the afternoon so you leave a clear space in the morning to make the most important actions possible and what that means is making the phone calls and contacting your clients and contacting your prospects.
