Here is my reply to a client that asked me to look at a financial advisor that wanted to join his business?
With respect, this candidate is overqualified. He would need the same kind of infrastructure that you need to build for yourself. If he came into your business then you would be distrated meeting his needs and then whose business would it be?
I believe your next step is to get your sales process documented to so that you can clarify what you should be doing, what you can document in your marketing material, what the client should be doing and what you should be delegating.
