The only thing that is going to make me sick is constantly hearing conflicting information about H1N1 … and I am so sick of it.
No sooner do I read good news like this headline and very promising article by Tom Blackwell in the Friday, November 6th edition of The National Post; H1N1 Nears Peak: Experts – Dreaded Second Wave Has Been Fairly Mild …
Then an article like this comes out on the front page of The Vancouver Sun on Saturday, November 7th; H1N1 It Will Get Worse which could set off my jelly fish of a fear based ego mind into convincing me to get into a huge plastic bag.
Fear is a natural and important response for survival. But fear can also become a harmful emotion when it causes us to act irrationally.
