 - In what area would they appreciate training?
 
Step 4
Conduct the Quarterly Review Meeting with each member of your team by inviting their input to;
- Reviewing their job description with recommendations of additions and edits

 - What changes do they recommend?
 - In what area would they appreciate training?
 
Step 5
After your team member has provided their input, ask permission to offer your feedback by;

Step 6
Agree upon specific action steps.
