Wed. & Thu. Reminded me of why I don’t coach on Mondays

With a stream of new clients all coming on board at once, which isn’t anything new -.

This is easily managed as long as I block out the time to review my Client List on Mondays to;

* Review each client file
* Reflect on our last conversation and my notes
* Complete schedule adjustments
* Complete on e-mailing assessments, assignments and worksheets
* Reply to client e-mails

This week I broke the cardinal rule – put all clients first by looking after the group versus the needs of the one.
