Here’s a transcription, to the best of my note taking ability ( with a few of my own liberties ), of some profound dialogue from about 55 minutes into The Trance.
This was prolific as I watched The Trance in flight from Vancouver to Liberia, Costa Rica via Newark on Friday, July 26, 2013. Prolific as Laura and I were on our way to an 8 Day Attitudinal Healing Retreat to refine our consciousness.
“What we are is the sum of everything we have ever done, felt, heard, seen and said which is constantly being wrapped up into one unique threat that is constantly being revised by a mistaken core belief.
What we have to do is, even when excited, calmly wake up out of being in and out of the trance and work full time reminding ourselves of who we really are to rid ourselves of obsessive unwanted memories, feelings, beliefs and behaviors. Moving from being a victim to victory for ourselves and others, being determined to move out from what we have done, felt, heard, seen and said, understanding this does not define your true self.
Your true self cannot be violated by an act as what we have done, felt, heard, seen and said which were all an act as we can change the ego mind because the self has free will over the ego mind.
The ego mind wants your true self to believe you will die without the ego mind’s memories of everything the ego mind believes you have ever done, felt, heard, seen and said, the ego mind having a love-hate relationship with the true self.
We can change the ego mind because the true self has free will, but the ego mind wants you to just forget what you have done, felt, heard, seen and said. But the memory is never destroyed but just locked in a cage and with enough outside force the lock to what the ego mind has locked away is broken and you once again feel angry and cheated.
All you have to do is do this:
To remember to remember.
The choice is yours: Do you want to remember to remember who you are?”
