Outside our back door @ 6am, July 23rd, 2007.
We have had the wettest summer that I can remember. We thought that after the cloudiest May and June ever, that July would bring some sunshine. We had a hot spell the week of July 9th and last week was back to the clouds along with torrential downpours at times. And now there is fog.
If you look closely between the 2nd and 3rd tree you can see a pond … even the ducks and geese have left.
The good news … fire season will be non-existent and the lawns are green.
