One requires inspiration to lead and manage others to enable them to meet and exceed their goals for without this inspiration, the team will smell that the inspiration is not there and they will not follow … to this end, you must remanufacture your inspiration because I suspect that is has been based on recognition and the acquisition of the material things that comes with it … at the end of the day leaving you feeling flat with the underlying expression “is this all there is”.
