Is the day seizing you or are you seizing the day? Today I seized the day and was up at 5:30am and in the gym for 30 minutes of cardio and stretching to follow.
My first day back in the gym since Feb 8th when I pulled a neck/back muscle and have been going to the chiropractor 2 – 3 times per week. The chiropractor has done wonders.
I kind of used the injury as an excuse to take a break from the training which I have been doing, 3 – 5 times per week for the best part of two years.
And after almost 3 weeks off from the training I can feel the heart laboring up the stairs and the pants are getting a bit snug.
The best part is during and after the cardio the endorphins and blood is just flowing and I feel great. I take my projects and a to do list with and read through it and highlight priorities for the week while on the cardio bike.
Look out world because here I come!
