I just got off the phone on Wednesday with Alicia from Customer Service @ OtterBox to advise that I disintegrated my OtterBox protective case & belt clip for my iPhone 3GS when I was on holiday in the British Virgin Islands.
The iPhone still looks and works like it is brand new. I’m also an iPhone and iPad raving fan as well. My iPhone has some sentimental value because I won the iPhone a few years back in Advisor.ca’s Name That Visionary Contest. To protect my iPhone I bought an OtterBox and my iPhone went from the box it came in right into the OtterBox so my iPhone has never seen the light of day. My iPhone has landed on the concrete floors of airports many a time and the OtterBox has done the job every time.
Alicia sent me a new OtterBox protective case & belt clip under warrantee. Customer Service does not get any better than this!
