How Do I Set Goals?

Sept 10, 2009 018( Englishman River Estuary, 6:30pm PT, Thursday, September 10, 2009 – meeting my “Workout by way of cycling or life cycling for one hour per session, three times per week” for the fourth time this week 🙂 . )

Goals have to be;

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Realistic
  • Timely

Here are some examples of my goals;
Sept 10, 2009 019
Physical

• 1 Workout by way of cycling or life cycling for one hour per session, three times per week
• 2 Drink 4 – 6 glasses of water per day at 5am, 7am, 9:30am, 12 noon, 1pm and 3pm
• 3 Floss daily at 6pm
• 4 Apply skin moisturizer daily at 9pm
• 5 Suntan by way of going to the sun tanning salon once per week

These goals will create the following benefits;

• Better fitting clothing
• Better physical appearance
• Better skin
• Better sleep
• Clear heart and mind
• Demonstrate commitment, consistency and conviction
• Divine inspiration
• Live my values of; attraction, communication, currency/energy, empathy, encouragement, partnering/people, professionalism/quality/service, sense, teaching, understanding/empathy, venture and wisdom
• Longer life

• Lower cholesterol
• Peace of mind
• Stress release
• Stimulate and grow my mind
• Stronger legs and lungs to run and catch flights
• The lungs to speak for 90 minutes
• Weight loss of 5 pounds
