Have you heard the expression; “As a facilitator or speaker, for every hour that you spend in front of the audience, you spend two behind the scenes in preparation”?

It is a lie!

If the speaking presentation of workshop is worth a dam, it is 5 to 10 times that. I guess that you could say that I am on the final few things to do to complete the preparation for the Retreat and I’m stretching to get it done. Having a cold doesn’t help either.

The highlight of the day was asking Laura to find a Nerf Gun from Toys-R-Us. And they are in stock.

We use the Nerf Guns as props in the workshops and invite participants to shoot any participants with Nerf Bullets (foam) that may not be paying attention.
