I’ve been reading Daniel H. Pinks new book called Drive – The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us and I am really enjoying it and I’ll be sharing a few thoughts in future blogs.

One section of the book includes Strategies For Awakening Your Motivation and one of them offers the following questions.

At the end of each day, stop and ask yourself; What actions took place on this project to make it better than yesterday? Did I do more? Did I do it well?

I took it one step further and created a form with my Projects on the left and the above Questions on the right and I am really enjoying answering these project specific questions at the end of the day.
