Dear Millennial Advisor,
As a way of introducing myself and the coaching program that I offer, I would like to provide you with a Debriefing of your Values and Behaviors Assessment (attached) via GoToMeeting.
During our call we will cover your Strengths and Areas To Strengthen … Strengths, as there is nothing wrong, only the absence of understanding of one’s Values and Behaviors.
- “Values” are WHY you approach your business and personal goals – therefore what Motivates your Behavior. Values relate to 90% of success.
- “Behaviors” are HOW you are currently taking action towards your business and personal goals. Behaviors relate to 10% of success.
An absence of success can relate to an absence of an understanding of one’s Values and Behaviors.
