Business & Personal Balance

This Friday’s blog is demonstrating a commitment to business and personal balance … and part of me is feeling absent of focus and material to blog about at this time because I am working ON the business projects versus IN the business given it is the first business month of the year September 2010-2011. The working ON the business projects are about getting ready for 2011 because coaching, speaking and workshops sales are almost complete for 2010 … which was a very good year 🙂 .

While I am talking about projects and Buffer Days, I`m still giving my clients extreme care on Focus Days and my Buffer Days are invested in completing the following projects. Part of my focus to get these complete is driven by a two week speaking road trip for Great West Life, Hub Financial and London Life.

Buffer Day Projects

  • Coaching Terms Redefine
  • Dragon Naturally Speaking Install
  • iPhone Bluetooth + Hardware Install
  • One Page Business Plan Certification Training
  • Web Site Update, Product Update & Enrolment System

On the personal side I`m having a blast with my iPhone and have just installed the Cyclemeter App which tracks the following plus routes, activities, maps, links to social networks and more … and here are my results from my last ride.

September 22, 2010

  • Ride Time: 33:49 minutes
  • Distance: 8.35 miles
  • Average Speed: 14.81 mile/h
  • Fastest Speed: 21.89 miles/h
  • Climb: 305 feet
