Do You Want Your Business To Live Or Die?

I’ve had a number of life and death conversations in my lifetime talking with clients about making a choice to live or die.

September is Life Insurance Awareness Month. The video link at the end of this post reminds me of a storey from years ago about high speed drivers that steer in the direction that they want to go. Even when they get into a skid, they steer in the direction they want to go, not into the skid.

A business that is alive has a written vision, business plan and time management plan. A business will die in a skid without a written vision, business plan and time management plan.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Proverbs 29:18.
