– At the end of every day, acknowledge yourself by writing down all the action that you took that day towards your intended goal.
The Blind Spot is The Need Of Safety.
When we have an unmet need of safety, to go with it, we likely have limiting beliefs that “I’m not safe” or “There isn’t enough”. These will spawn limiting beliefs of “I don’t have enough time” or “There isn’t enough time”. These will trigger emotions of anxiety.
With all this going on, will you;
