This weekend was focused on self care and building a new line of defense to make sure that I don’t pickup another “bug” during my travels because two “bugs” this fall have been enough thank you very much.
Self care started with a pledge to do no work over the weekend, a visit to the chiropractor, to the doctor for a flue shot and a therapeutic massage late Friday afternoon. Saturday included a trip to the health food store to pickup immune system and intestinal fortification, a haircut, the new James Bond Film and Sunday included plans for a strong 10k bike ride.
Monday brings a day at the Independent Financial Brokers Summit at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver, BC.
I am speaking from 11:30am – 12:30pm and I’m going to invest the rest of my time in attending interesting speaking presentations with the intention of creating interesting articles for my Blog and E-Newsletter.
