I’ve always wanted to fly in one of these nostalgic and exotic looking amphibians – but not this time, I am not going anywhere in the fog – this is not the actual plane, it is just a cool pic :-).
It’s 10:30am on Thursday and I’m sorry to say that my 10am flight from Vancouver to Trail via Pacific Coast Air is delayed due to fog.
The next weather advisory is 11:15am, the flight is one hour and fifteen minutes and I speak at 1pm at Advocis Kootenay Chapter in Trail, and I’m told that they will not take off till 12 noon … so it does not look good … the good news is there is an 11:45am flight back to Comox.
This is sad as this is the first financial advisor speaking presentation that I will miss due to weather in over one hundred financial advisor speaking presentations covering three years.
The only good thing about all of this is the “airport office time” to continue my work on The Compassionate AdvisorTM.
