First off, I’m going to go and buy a barrel of oil … they were only $130.00 a barrel over the weekend! A 13% discount from $150.00! 🙁 How come the difference is not reflected at the gas pumps?
At 60, James Taylor’s voice was as sweet as the days of Sweet Baby James and matched his one of a kind charm, humor and innocence trickling down to the second row seats that Laura and I had at the Save On Foods Memorial Center in Victoria, BC on Saturday night.
Taylor’s concert and a trip to Victoria to visit Laura’s Mom Helen was a break, treat and celebration as the book is nearly complete.
It was nice to be in a city for a change and we did some shopping. I purchased some business uniform staples to replace a casual jacket that I lost on some forgotten airplane and two pairs of dress shoes that always take beating while travelling. One can’t stand in front of hundreds of financial advisors with shoes that look like a dog’s breakfast.
I’m investing today’s Planning Day in working on the workbook and my goal is to finish it this week. Tuesday – Friday are Coaching Days so I will be investing the evenings in the workbook.
