Back at Nanaimo Airport on Monday morning heading to Edmonton to speak on the One Page Business Plan for Pro-Seminars on Tuesday.
If you are awaiting an e-mail reply from me I will be e-mailing this afternoon from my hotel in Edmonton.
I landed in Nanaimo on Friday afternoon and it seems like I’ve done nothing but work on getting the 3G Aircard working on my laptop … and now I am writing this on a new laptop.
Thank you to Simon Parsons of IT Computer Service for burning the oil over the weekend … all the way to early Monday morning to get my new laptop up and running with all of the speciality software that it takes to keep the Leading Advisor show on the road.
Leading Advisor is fortunate to be working with a great team of virtual people.
Here’s my FaceBook post from Saturday …
I almost got a new laptop for nothing … little did I know that the $300 gift certificate that I received from Future Shop on December 28th for being a good customer when I upgraded to a Rogers 3G Nokia Aircard would be going toward a new HP Laptop. While the HP Laptop running Windows Vista is still working, after many tries and many technicians the 3G Nokia Aircard would not work with Windows Vista. The gift certificate must have been tied to a message from on high as my HP Laptop running Windows Vista that has served me well for over 2 years may not have made it another a year on the road and blown up in the middle of a speaking presentation. So I almost got a new laptop for nothing with the savings of $300 per year for data from Rogers versus Telus and the $300 gift certificate!
