Generation X & Y Unmet Needs Disease

Being a Baby Boomer, I sometimes wonder if Generation X & Y are affected by The Unmet Needs Disease.

At the same time I have been approached by inspired 20, 30 and 40 somethings at the end of my presentation commenting; “that was an excellent presentation”.

I was doing some additional research for my MDRT financial advisor speaking presentation on June 15^th, 2010 and I ran across this Wiki on Demographics on Wikipedia;

Based on the following information from the Wiki on Demographics, The Unmet Needs Disease is thriving;

Baby Boomer cohort #1 born 1946 – 1954
individualism

quest for physical security and safety, heightened fears, acceptance of change
