We are seeking a licensed and highly motivated Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team. This is a remote/virtual full-time position. As a Commercial Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and generating new business.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL;

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and our team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, including renewals and policy changes.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through calling, networking, and referral sources.
  • Be Flexible to travel to the Agency for two days of training in the first month and attend periodic live meetings.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU SHOULD POSSESS;

  • One to two years of sales experience specifically within Commercial Insurance
  • Licensing requirement for this position requires that you currently hold an OTL License and/or a RIBO License in good standing; applicants who do not have licensing will not be considered. 
  • Currently residing in Ontario; mandatory
  • Have a dedicated office space to successfully work remotely and have virtual video meetings multiple times per day/week.
