FCOO – Managing Hiring/Recruiting

My Role as an FCOO (Fractional Chief Operating Officer) is to listen to my clients, work with them to create a vision and plan, and implement the necessary processes and systems to make their dreams a reality.

One of the processes and systems includes;

  • Managing Hiring/Recruiting:
    • Assistants
    • Licensed Assistants
    • Associate Advisors
    • Successor

These are the following steps we look after on behalf of our client when Managing Hiring/Recruiting on our client’s behalf.

  • Job Assessment-to determine the Values and Behaviors required for the position. 
  • Job Description-clarify based on conversations and emails. 
  • Write an Ad for the Position-based on Job Assessment and Job Description.
  • Place Ad
  • Review/Qualify Resumes
  • Send Email Interview Questions To Qualified Candidates
  • Review/Qualify Email Interview Questions
  • Assess Qualified Candidates
  • Telephone Interview Qualified Candidates
  • Provide Weekly Email Updates on the progress on the above points. 
  • Present Qualified Candidates complete with Resume, Email Interview Questions and Answers, Assessment, and Telephone Interview Questions and Answers
