Pictures of my office patio with Adirondack chair, table, water fountain, clock and hanging basket complete with pen and journal to clear the week. Naming all of these items may seem obsessive and it is just my style to acknowledge what I appreciate.
The computer saga with the power outage and power surge has turned into a power supply, mother board, ram, video card and a lot of labor. I am still praying that the programs and data are all in one piece on the hard drives and I will find out for sure on Saturday.
This last computer go around settles it. I am going to purchase a new computer that is a mirror image of our main computer that we turn on once every two weeks to update the data and then turn it off so that it is brand new condition in the event that we ever loose another computer because we seem to go through one of these every summer.
I guess that is one of the challenges of living in a remote area with lots of trees and wind and this all makes for power outages from time to time. We only had 12 outages during the winter of 2006.
My clients will get what I mean by “clearing”.
