As a firm believer in measuring ones progress and giving thanks it is important to invest the time to review all the areas of your business and give thanks as we are mid way through the year.

Use the following categories to stimulate your thinking; Vision, Planning, Administration, Computers & Systems, Customer Service, Financial, Marketing, Office, Products, Sales, Team and Training. When you have completed your list write down how this makes you Feel; Committed, Courageous, Happy, Excited, Engaged, Enthusiastic Fulfilled and Inspired.
To take this to the next step, think of all of the members of your team and make a list of all your team’s experience, skills, strengths and talents. How do these make you feel?
As a final step you could do a team meeting and share your insights about the first half of 2008 and your insights about your team.
I believe that this will create a strong foundation for the next half of 2008.
