IS YOUR VISION WRITTEN IN UPPERCASE BECAUSE YOU ARE YELLING WITH JOY OR ARE YOU YELLING WITH ANGER?

Here is an excerpt from an e-mail that I sent to a client regarding their vision statement.

One thought … this is coming from an e-mailer … some believe that writing in UPPER CASE IS THE SAME AS YELLING IF YOU ARE SENDING AN E-MAIL so you may want to change it back to upper and lower case. Then again you could be YELLING WITH JOY and I’m just making sure that you are not YELLING WITH ANGER.
