Time Management Spreadsheet

Here is a picture of our MS Excel Spreadsheet of our yearly calendar by day and month that relates to the Free days, Buffer days and Focus days that I wrote about in Celebrating The First Half Of 2007 & Setting The Stage To Make This The Best Year Ever.

I realize that you can’t see the detail of the document because of that size but you can see the colors the relate to the following days;

• Green = Free Days
• Red = Focus Days
• Yellow = Product Development Days
• Blue = Planning Days
