Leadership + Team + Systems = Freedom To Attract Profit

Thursday included conversations with a number of my clients about the Leadership & Systems that I wrote about in yesterday’s Blog, Need Vs. Choice.

I asked my clients to acknowledge and verify that they are more than on track with their sales for the year. Given this, it made sense for them to invest their time into improving their systems so that they can improve their delegation with the outcome of creating more management responsibility from their team.

I blurted out the following formulae becoming more aware that the end result is Freedom To Attract Profit which I like the sound of.

Leadership + Team + Systems = Freedom To Attract Profit

Leadership is about;

• Creating a vision for the team to follow
• Creating the team
• Setting an example for the team
• Letting go of the management to a senior support team

Management is about;

• Systems
• Systems
