I bought a set of the Bose QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones in a forgotten USA airport and time and have put tens of thousands of hours and miles on them.

After explaining our situation, the Bose Service Representative explained how to locate the serial numbers. I provided the serial numbers and was advised the Headphone where under full warranty. Bose emailed mailing labels for the return of the old headphones and we had new headphones back in less than 10 days.
