Looking For The Next Distraction

I spent the day reviewing the following places where information has been recorded over the past sixty days to get all of my required actions listed in one place so that I can run my business so that my business is not running me; client management system, documents, e-mail, files, journals and notes/to do lists.

Yes – to do lists which I loath. Given that I’ve been away from my routine computer and office system, those pesky little to do lists seem to have grown out of the wood work.

Moving can easily set you up for ADT because there is always just one more thing to do and always one more to do list to look at.

NO MORE!

My outcome is to be able to focus on my Vision and properly look after all the information that is in my; client management system, documents, e-mail, files, journals and notes/to do lists.

Sometimes you have to stop working so that you can get working.

If I don’t so this I will always be Looking For The Next Distraction and I will have no Vision.

Given that we are heading into the last week of February, this is a great time to do a 60 day review of the year.

In fact, I might even invest a good portion of tomorrow in this same process.
