As a coach I’m always being asked about increasing ROI.
You can’t get a ROI in your financial advisor practice without a ROI – Return of Inspiration.
January 2014 is the strongest start to a year that we have ever had with more coaching clients and speaking opportunities than ever.
Given that Laura and I work out of home offices in Parksville, BC, we decided to get out and enjoy the beauty and splendor of our area on Saturday morning to regain our ROI.
To gain more insight, here is a little more on Return of Inspiration rather than Return on Investment.
Some coaches work with clients on How and What to do to be successful on practice management areas like business plan, information management, time management, team building, financial controls, client segmentation, customer service, marketing and sales.
Some coaches work with clients on the Why that is the foundation of the practice management areas.
I specialize on both, ROI – Return of Inspiration and Practice Management as one can’t have one without the other.
- How and What to do is about 10% of success
- Why is 90% of both success and failure
If an advisor doesn’t get the Why of both success and failure, they will have unsustainable success.
