Now that you have created your Vision that is inspired by your Values and Feelings, define your 90 Day Goals.
- Why 90 Day Goals and not 1 Year Goals?
- 90 Day Goals makes your Vision more attainable by making it more short term.
- Enables you to get associated to the rewards in the short term
- Defines a few steps that it will take to create it versus getting overwhelmed with the perfect plan
- Focuses on the short term
- You take actions now!
Seth Godin’s What are you working on? blog from Saturday, December 18th is a valauable post.
What are you working on?
If someone asks you that, are you excited to tell them the answer?
I hope so. If not, you’re wasting away.
No matter what your job is, no matter where you work, there’s a way to create a project (on your own, on weekends if necessary), where the excitement is palpable, where something that might make a difference is right around the corner.
Hurry, go do that.
